Ingredients
- Lean beef strips (6 oz)
- Bell pepper & onion
- Zucchini
- Garlic (2 cloves)
- Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- Cooked rice (¾ cup)
Method
- Sear the beef hard for 2–3 min; remove.
- Stir-fry vegetables and garlic 4–5 min; return beef with soy sauce.
- Serve over rice.
