An adaptive fasting timer that
reacts to your body.
Kairo reads your sleep, training, and recovery, then fits every fast to your real day. No calorie counting, no food logging — just smart timing and recovery coaching.
In beta. The web builds your plan and Body Blueprint; the app runs your day and adapts over time.
Fasting about fasting — and recovery
Many fasting apps drift into calorie logging and full diet tracking. Kairo doesn't. The app never asks you to log a meal or count a calorie — nutrition and recipes live on the web, where you actually want them.
No food logging
Never enter a meal. The app tracks your fasts, not your plate.
No calorie counting
No macros, no spreadsheets. This isn't a calorie tracker — it's a timing and recovery tool.
Timing & recovery, done for you
Kairo watches your training and sleep and adapts your windows so consistency gets easier.
Fast · Train · Recover · Coach
Fast
An adaptive timer runs your window and knows when to hold steady and when to ease off.
Train
Log a workout or sync from Apple Health — Kairo factors your training load into tomorrow's fast.
Recover
Poor sleep or heavy weeks lower your recovery signal, and Kairo responds instead of pushing through.
Coach
Daily check-ins and plain-language coaching cards — the same reasoning-first voice as the web.
It notices, then adjusts
A static countdown can't do this. Kairo reacts to what your week actually looked like.
We noticed your last three runs were intense and your sleep dipped. We'll ease tomorrow's fasting window.
Your first week with Kairo
Day 0 — Baseline
Take the web quiz. Your Body Blueprint sets the app's starting fasting protocol and recovery baselines.
Day 1 — First fast
The app keeps it simple: a gentle 16:8 and light recovery prompts while it watches your workouts and sleep.
Day 7+ — It adapts
With enough data, Kairo starts tuning your windows and recovery recommendations automatically.
Web and app — two halves that fit
Separate products, one system. Neither requires the other.

App questions
Does the app track calories or make me log food?
No. Kairo Fasting & Recovery is deliberately not a calorie tracker — no food logging, no calorie entry, no macro spreadsheets. It focuses entirely on your fasting timing and recovery. If you want food guidance, the web planner and recipes are built for exactly that.
What does "adaptive" actually mean?
Instead of a fixed protocol like 16:8 forever, Kairo adjusts your fasting windows and recovery prompts based on what your body and training are telling it — heavy workouts, poor sleep, or a strong recovery streak all change what it recommends next.
Do I need the web plan to use the app?
They work best together but neither requires the other. The web quiz gives the app a smart starting protocol and recovery baseline; from there the app adapts on its own.
Does it connect to Apple Health?
Yes — the app can read your workouts and sleep from Apple Health so its adjustments reflect your real training and recovery. It's optional, and your data stays yours.
How much does the app cost?
The app is a separate subscription, launching soon. Web Pro members get launch pricing. See pricing for details.
