The quiz, your personalized plan and eating window, your calorie and macro target (with the reasoning), the break-a-fast playbook, and the full Kairo Guide library. We never gate understanding — Pro adds depth and convenience.
What's the difference between Monthly and Lifetime?
They unlock exactly the same Pro features. Monthly is $5 and you can cancel anytime; Lifetime is a single $29 payment that keeps Pro forever, including future Pro features.
Does web Pro include the iPhone app?
The app is a separate subscription (launching soon) — it's the daily tracking companion, while the website is your planning and nutrition guide. Web Pro members will get launch pricing on the app.
How do refunds work?
If Kairo Pro isn't for you, email support@kairofasting.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
