This Privacy Policy explains how Kairo Fasting ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Oregon, USA, handles information when you use kairofasting.com (the "Service"). We follow a data-minimization approach: we collect as little as possible.

Planner inputs. The fasting style, wake time, and preferences you enter are processed in your browser to generate your plan. In the free planner, these are not sent to or stored on our servers; they may appear in the page URL if you create a shareable link.

Account information (Pro). If and when you create a Pro account, we collect your email address and authentication details needed to sign you in and save your plans.

Payment information. Purchases are handled by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number.

Usage analytics. We may collect privacy-respecting, aggregated usage data (such as the number of plans generated) to understand and improve the Service. We aim to avoid collecting data that identifies you personally.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate and improve the Service, generate and save your plans (Pro), process payments, respond to support requests, and keep the Service secure.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your planner inputs to make medical determinations about you.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, analytics, and payment processing), and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies

The free planner works without tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or accounts, we will use only the cookies necessary for those features and will update this policy.

6. Your choices & rights

You may use the free planner without an account. If you hold a Pro account, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Depending on your state of residence (including under Oregon's Consumer Privacy Act), you may have additional rights over your personal data.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
